Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm Excluding Public Holidays

Onsite Service

  • $99.00 per hour charged in 15min increments + $35.00 Call out fee (min 1 hour)

Remote or Phone Support

  • $24.75 per 15min block (min 15mins)

Emergency Assistance

Onsite Service – Saturday 8am – 6pm

  • $149.00 per hour charged in 30min increments + $35.00 Call out fee (min 2 hours)

Onsite Service – All hours outside Standard Business Hours

  • $165.00 per hour charged in 30min increments + $99.00 Call out fee (min 2 hours)

Onsite Service – Sunday and Public Holidays

  • $165.00 per hour charged in 30min increments + $99.00 Call out fee (min 3 hours)

Remote/Phone Support

  • $24.75 per 15min block (min 1 hour)
